These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Flux applications, websites, account features, live channels, on-demand libraries, customer support, premium subscriptions, and related services across supported Apple devices, including Apple TV, iPhone, and iPad, and any other approved Flux environments.
By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a plan, browsing, or viewing content through Flux, you agree to these Terms and to any additional service rules, purchase disclosures, and policies presented in the app or during checkout. If you do not agree, you must not use Flux.
You may use Flux only if you are at least thirteen (13) years of age or the minimum age required in your country and can form a binding contract under applicable law, and only in places where access to the service is legally permitted. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the service.
You agree to provide complete and accurate registration information, to keep that information current, and to protect the confidentiality of your account credentials, device passcodes, and authentication methods. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account, Apple ID purchase flow, or approved devices unless you promptly notify Flux of unauthorized use.
Flux is a premium live and video-on-demand streaming service that delivers licensed programming, editorial experiences, account features, recommendations, and support workflows. Subject to these Terms, Flux grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to install, access, and use the service on Apple-branded products that you own or control, solely for your personal, lawful, and non-commercial viewing and account-management purposes and as otherwise permitted by the applicable Apple usage rules.
If Apple or another platform provider permits download or access to the Flux application by accounts associated with the purchaser, that platform-level access does not by itself create a Flux subscription, transfer a Flux account, or expand any Flux entitlement, household, territory, or device limits unless Flux expressly states otherwise.
Flux may offer limited guest access, preview viewing, or basic-tier promotional access to selected channels, features, or content. Any preview windows, feature caps, playback limits, or promotional access periods are discretionary, may vary by content or platform, and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.
This license does not transfer any ownership rights in the applications, software, user interfaces, branding, metadata, or content. Nothing in these Terms authorizes use of Flux in a manner that conflicts with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or other applicable platform terms. Except where Flux expressly enables a feature, you may not copy, redistribute, sell, rent, publicly perform, publicly display, rebroadcast, mirror, frame, or otherwise exploit any part of the service or its content.
Flux may offer free or basic access as well as paid Premium and Ultra subscriptions, one-time purchases, add-ons, or promotional entitlements. Pricing, billing intervals, included benefits, supported territories, and feature availability may vary by plan, platform, and region. Before you confirm a purchase, the applicable checkout flow will present the material commercial terms then in effect, including the plan name, billing cadence, renewal price, and any free-trial, introductory, or promotional terms that apply. By completing a paid transaction, you authorize the applicable billing provider to charge the fees, taxes, and recurring amounts disclosed at checkout.
If you subscribe through Apple, payment is charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation. Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least twenty-four hours before the end of the current billing period, and your account will be charged for renewal within the twenty-four-hour period prior to the end of the current billing period at the then-current subscription price. Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless canceled at least twenty-four hours before the trial expires; any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased. You may manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal through your Apple account subscription settings after purchase. Paid access requires a valid Flux account and successful verification and binding of the App Store transaction or other purchase record to that account. If Flux cannot verify or bind a purchase, premium activation, restoration, or continued access may be delayed, limited, or unavailable until the issue is resolved.
Eligible entitlements may be restored or reactivated on supported devices by using the applicable sign-in or restore-purchases flow, subject to account status, purchase verification, device-registration limits, platform rules, territorial rights, and plan limitations. Unless Flux expressly states otherwise for a specific offer, free or basic access and Premium access allow one registered device at a time, and Ultra access allows up to three registered devices across supported Apple device types. If a sign-in, restore, or purchase would exceed the applicable limit, Flux may require you to revoke an existing device registration or upgrade your plan before premium access continues. Where the service or entitlement is offered on multiple supported Apple device types, paid access is intended to follow the entitled Flux account across those supported device types only to the extent supported by the applicable plan, verified entitlement status, platform availability, device-registration limits, and title-level or territorial restrictions.
Except where required by law, by the applicable billing provider's rules, or by the express terms of a specific offer, paid amounts are non-refundable, credits have no cash value, and partial billing periods are not refunded or prorated when you cancel mid-cycle. Refund requests for purchases made through Apple should be directed to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Deleting your Flux account does not cancel an Apple-billed subscription; subscription cancellation and billing changes must be managed through Apple unless applicable law requires another process. Flux may change pricing, packaging, plan structures, or included benefits prospectively after providing any notice, consent flow, or additional disclosure required by law or platform rules.
Flux may offer free trials, discounts, referral benefits, bundle access, win-back campaigns, or other promotional programs. Eligibility may depend on account history, household, device, payment method, geography, or prior participation, and Flux may limit, modify, or withdraw promotions at any time to prevent abuse or to comply with law.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a trial or promotional access period converts to the paid plan identified at enrollment once the offer ends, and the applicable provider will charge the then-current recurring price unless you cancel before renewal. Flux may invalidate any promotion that was claimed through fraud, manipulation, resale, automated activity, or violation of these Terms.
Flux's live channels, events, catalogs, languages, subtitles, audio tracks, download rights, and playback quality may change without notice because of licensing windows, territory restrictions, technical limitations, rights-holder requests, outages, maintenance, or business decisions. Specific titles, channels, sports, news, events, or features may be unavailable on certain devices, in certain countries, or at certain times.
Flux does not guarantee that any particular program, channel lineup, format, bitrate, feature, or library item will remain available for any minimum period. You are responsible for confirming that your device, operating system, network connection, and region support the services you want to use.
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining compatible devices, software updates, telecommunications services, internet access, and data capacity necessary to use Flux. Carrier charges, roaming fees, app-store charges, electricity costs, and third-party hardware expenses are your responsibility.
You may not use Flux on devices, operating systems, firmware, browsers, or network environments that compromise security, interfere with rights protection, or circumvent technical safeguards. This includes jailbroken or rooted devices where required protections are impaired, credential-sharing tools, stream-ripping tools, DRM bypass tools, or unauthorized automation that alters the intended service experience.
You may not misuse Flux or assist anyone else in doing so. Prohibited conduct includes credential sharing beyond your household or plan rights, scraping or harvesting data, reverse engineering or decompiling the service except where law expressly permits it, removing proprietary notices, reselling or sublicensing access, rebroadcasting streams, restreaming to public venues, bypassing geo-controls or paywalls, or using bots, scripts, or automation to manipulate traffic, promotions, or entitlement systems.
You must not upload malware, interfere with platform performance, probe vulnerabilities without authorization, impersonate any person or entity, violate the rights of licensors or other users, or use Flux in connection with unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or commercially exploitative activity. Flux may monitor for abuse and may enforce these Terms through warnings, suspensions, terminations, entitlement revocations, device revocations, legal action, or other remedies.
Flux, its licensors, and its distribution partners retain all right, title, and interest in the service, including the apps, software, visual design, trademarks, logos, compilation rights, editorial packaging, recommendation systems, and all audiovisual content made available through the service. Content is licensed, not sold, and your viewing rights are limited to the uses expressly permitted by Flux and applicable law.
You may not remove, obscure, or alter any proprietary notices or rights-management information. If you believe material made available through Flux infringes your copyright or other intellectual-property rights, you must send a written notice to admin@persianflux.com that includes your full name and contact information, the identity of the rights owner or authorized agent, identification of the protected work or right claimed to be infringed, enough detail to locate the allegedly infringing material within Flux, a statement of your good-faith belief that the challenged use is unauthorized, a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act where applicable, and a physical or electronic signature.
Flux may request additional information, forward the complaint to the relevant account holder, distributor, or rights partner, remove or disable access to challenged material, and suspend or terminate repeat infringers when appropriate. Flux reserves the right to reject, disregard, or take action in response to notices that are incomplete, abusive, materially inaccurate, fraudulent, or submitted in bad faith.
If you submit ratings, reviews, survey responses, bug reports, support requests, feature ideas, or other feedback, you grant Flux a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and incorporate that feedback for the purpose of operating, improving, marketing, and supporting the service, without compensation to you.
You represent that your submissions are accurate, lawful, and do not violate the rights of any third party. Flux may remove, ignore, or retain support and moderation communications as reasonably necessary to operate the service, investigate issues, protect users, enforce policies, and comply with legal obligations.
Flux may process account details, subscription status, viewing activity, device identifiers, diagnostics preferences, support messages, and other operational data in accordance with the Flux Privacy Policy and applicable law. By using Flux, you acknowledge that internet transmissions are never completely private or secure and that Flux cannot guarantee absolute security.
You agree that Flux may send service-related notices, billing communications, security alerts, support follow-ups, legal notices, and other operational messages electronically through the app, by email, through the App Store, or by other reasonable means. Marketing communications remain subject to your consent choices and applicable law.
Flux may interoperate with third-party providers, including Apple services, payment processors, analytics vendors, content delivery networks, authentication providers, and external websites. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices, and Flux is not responsible for third-party products, policies, or downtime except to the extent required by law. You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using Flux, including Apple platform terms, app-store usage rules, authentication-provider terms, and any internet, wireless, or data-service agreement that applies to your device or network.
Links to websites, companion activation pages, social channels, or informational resources are provided for convenience only. Flux does not endorse or warrant third-party offerings, and your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
Flux may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access, with or without notice, if Flux reasonably believes that you violated these Terms, created legal exposure, engaged in fraud or abuse, failed to pay applicable fees, interfered with the service, or posed a security, rights-management, or safety risk.
Flux may add, remove, pause, replace, or discontinue features, plans, channels, and content at any time. Termination of your account or a specific entitlement does not limit Flux's other rights or remedies and does not automatically entitle you to refunds except where required by law or by the applicable billing provider's rules.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLUX IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," AND "WITH ALL FAULTS" BASIS. FLUX AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, DISTRIBUTION PARTNERS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, AND OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, QUIET ENJOYMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, AND COMPATIBILITY.
FLUX DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, CURRENT, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS; THAT CONTENT WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE IN YOUR REGION OR PREFERRED LANGUAGE; OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED WITHIN ANY PARTICULAR TIMEFRAME. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS, SO PORTIONS OF THIS SECTION APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLUX AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, PARTNERS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, USE, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, OR CONTENT AVAILABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO FLUX, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLUX'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO FLUX FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100). NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flux and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the service, your submissions, your violation of law, or your infringement of another person's rights.
You represent that you are not located in, under the control of, or ordinarily resident in any country or territory subject to a U.S. Government embargo or other applicable trade sanctions that would prohibit your use of Flux, that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties, and that you will comply with all applicable export, sanctions, and anti-circumvention laws.
The following terms apply when you access or use Flux through an Apple-branded device or obtain Flux through the Apple App Store. These Terms are concluded between you and Flux, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple"). Flux, not Apple, is solely responsible for the service, the licensed application, and the content made available through it, except as otherwise required under applicable law.
The license granted to you for the licensed application is limited to a non-transferable license to use the licensed application on Apple-branded products that you own or control and as permitted by applicable Apple usage rules. Flux is solely responsible for maintenance, support, product claims, legal-compliance claims, privacy and consumer-law claims, and any third-party intellectual-property claim relating to the licensed application to the extent required by these Terms or applicable law. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish maintenance or support services with respect to the licensed application.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary. End-user questions, complaints, and claims regarding the licensed application should be directed to Flux at admin@persianflux.com.
Before either party starts a formal legal proceeding relating to Flux or these Terms, that party must send the other a written notice of the dispute with enough detail for the claim to be investigated and addressed. Unless a shorter period is required by law, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days after the notice is received. You may send a dispute notice to admin@persianflux.com.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, these Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to Flux, these Terms, or the relationship between you and Flux will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Flux entity that provides the service to you is organized, excluding that jurisdiction's conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it must be brought in the courts that have authority over that jurisdiction, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights or any right you may have under mandatory law to bring a claim in another forum that is permitted by that law. Flux may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, security controls, or rights-management systems.
Flux may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the service, law, rights arrangements, billing practices, or operational requirements. Material changes may be presented in the app, on the website, by email, or through other reasonable notice methods. Your continued use of Flux after updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
If you have questions about these Terms or need to send an end-user question, complaint, claim, maintenance request, support inquiry, or copyright notice, contact Flux at admin@persianflux.com. Additional current support contact information, regional service details, plan disclosures, and policy links may also be provided through the app, the website, or the applicable app-store listing.
These Terms, together with the Flux Privacy Policy, subscription disclosures, billing details, and any title-specific or region-specific notices presented by Flux, constitute the entire agreement between you and Flux regarding the service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Flux's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
